Clark Construction

We engaged Clark Construction in late 2019 for a complete gut/redesign/remodel of a newly purchased property. From day one, the Clark team could not have been easier to work with and more welcoming (which sadly is not often the case when going through a massive remodel). As we live overseas, 95% of all our meetings took place virtually. Ann and Ross made the entire process both incredibly efficient and seamless.

Their dedicated team including (but certainly not limited to) Danielle, Mario, and Eureka were positively fantastic. Any changes we would make or issues that arose (when dealing with an older home) were swiftly navigated and dealt with. The overall quality of our home remodel is incredibly superior. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is superb.

The project timeline NEVER changed! We could not recommend Clark Construction enough for any home project you may have and will not hesitate to phone them again should the need arise.

We used Clark Construction to remodel our kitchen and it was a wise decision. The customer care provided by Clark from start to finish was better than anticipated. The ease of the design process took a lot of stress out of the process. They took the time to walk through the process, so they were no surprises throughout the project. The finish project was simply wonderful. The quality of the work and the great experience was top notch. We are working with Clark now in a second project.

We used Clark in the fall of 2020 during COVID for a complete renovation of our master bathroom, master closet and laundry room (35 year old home). We didn't want just a surface update, so we gutted everything down to the studs. Our project manager was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was on site twice a day 4/5 days a week.

All of change orders were handled quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with the length of time their subcontractors have worked for them. Everyone always had their masks on when in our house and they did their best to limit the noise and disruption given we were all home either working or attending school. While there was some miscommunication early in the design process, in the end, we were very pleased with the results. I would recommend them for similar projects without reservations.

We renovated our basement with Clark Construction, and we're so happy with the beautiful results. There was a fair amount of back-and-forth and preparation in advance, which proved very helpful-once the demo work started, the project reliably moved forward every day, and it was all completed on time. Ross, Danielle, Mario, Ann and Eureka were great to work with, and their sub-contractors were all top-notch and professional. We asked a lot of Clark-Ross and Mario especially-and they delivered. A great job.

We completely remodeled our master bedroom and bathroom with Clark Construction. From the initial design review, through to the completion of the remodeling, the process was very low stress and the results were wonderful. All during the 3 month period, Clark were very open to changes and fixing unforeseen issues that (did) arise. All of Clark's workers, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their manner.

We also used Clark to re-pave our driveway and construction and assembly of a large modular storage shed/garage. We would highly recommend Clark Construction for any home projects that you may have. Bernie & Kathryn

Clark Construction were an absolute joy to work with on our full bathroom remodel. From fair and accurate estimates and meticulous planning to clean, timely and polished construction, they were simply terrific. Construction is never easy but Clark Construction are the best I have worked with in over 30 years of home ownership. Oh, did I mention that they are courteous and completely customer centric? We had Clark Construction do two home improvements during the past year: one a bathroom remodel and the other window replacements as well as a few other small projects. From our initial contact, there was a high degree of professionalism - calls and emails were returned promptly. Once we signed the contract, work began following an agreed upon schedule and was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Communication during the projects was excellent. We were very pleased with the quality of the work. We were in a bit of a crunch to get the work done due to the unexpected arrival of our son and his family and the Clark Construction team came through. We would definitely use them again.

Contacted Clark Construction during the holiday season because our dishwasher stopped working. I spoke with Ross about the problem, he scheduled the electrician to stop by, and the dishwasher was back up and running within two hours of me contacting them! Always delighted by Ross's professionalism, speedy response time, and excellent communication skills.

I was beginning to think I had too high expectations for companies, but Clark Construction is proof that good communication and professional, knowledgeable service should be and can be top priority. Great leadership makes a great team! Very impressed with their response time!

We worked with Clark Construction on a basement renovation. Clark's incorporated all our wishes into a thorough and detailed plan. Their follow through and quality of work was exceptional, resulting in a beautifully finished space that greatly enhanced our home. We very much appreciated the open communication throughout the entire project and how they made sure we were 100 percent happy with the final result. We were. So when we moved to a new home it was an easy decision to call Clark's again to do a second project.

When we bought our home in early summer we wanted to remodel before moving in. I contacted several contractors in the area including Clark Construction. The only contractor to return my phone call was Ross at Clark Construction. Not only did they make time to meet with us but they guaranteed our project deadline. The responsiveness was impressive. Clark Construction honored the timeline and estimate.

Since then we have hired Clark Construction for additional projects. Simply put, we keep using Clark Construction because of their availability, honesty and attention to detail.

The only team I trust and would use for any size project. I have done many different projects (Master suite remodel, whole house exterior revamp, basement refinishing, etc) with Clark and I keep coming back to them. The job is always done on time, with total professionalism and they stand 100% behind their work. When there are issues, they do everything possible to fix them and set a very high standard for their own work. Also, the communication and project management is unmatched. I can recommend them without reservation.

We hired Clark Construction to add hand railings to our new porch. We are SO HAPPY with the result! Beautiful and functional - this is a huge improvement to the front of our house. The process was flawless from beginning to end and I am happy to highly recommend this company for any home improvement project you may have - We will definitely be calling them for larger future projects!
