Century Painting

Sorry, but we just can't recommend Jorge Ontiveros (the owner) or Century Painting. We had to text and call him on several occasions, without a response. Finally, Jorge called back to let us know that he had been sick (which is OK). He then informed us that he could not come over to our house to give us an estimate, but would send a representative, which he did.

Once again, we heard nothing after that. Finally, after sending him another 2 texts (without receiving any response), he finally texted back and we agreed on a price and on a starting date. After so many delays, we had a bad premonition: about him, his company, and his being a responsible person. So 2 days before the start, we called and texted him again to confirm.

We received no answer. and guess what? He never showed up, nor did he text us, or call us, to advise us that he would not be showing up. Nothing at all! Jorge appears to be very busy - which is OK. but he could have, at least, called or texted us back, to let us know he had changed his mind, was no longer interested in the job, and would not be showing up.

His negligence also hurt us financially, in that we had also taken off from work to be at home for him and his team. In essence, he's an awful, awful, businessman. Not good at all. Save yourself money, safe yourself time, and save yourself aggravation. keep away!

Century Painting has established itself, for us, as an extremely professional business. They did a great job on our unattached garage about 2 years ago. Recently, David & his excellent crew painted the entire exterior of our home. Each step of the job was explained in advance & executed precisely as we had requested. Kudos to the crew, David, Frank, Mike & Craig. When a quality painting job is your top priority, Century Painting is our recommendation. David has an excellent business attitude for his customers.

We bought a new house in Prescott three years ago. Won't name the developer but their paint job on our new house was pretty bad. Within two years you could see brush strokes and the paint was very thin. So we called around getting quotes and the most comprehensive quote was done by Century; they also offer a quarantee on their work. The paint job is fantastic & we would highly recommend this company.

I was in a jam and needed my apartment painted in a hurry. I was lucky to find Jorge and his crew. They were extremely professional and were able to meet my time constraints and deliver an excellent finished project. When they were done, I was blown away by how fresh and new the apartment looked. Great communication, professional and quality service, very reasonable rates. What more could you ask for?

We received several estimates on our interior paint job. Century quickly scheduled an in-home assessment. David V, from Century came out to our home to assess and provide an estimate. We were very impressed with him. Cost came in competitive and we went with Century (have to say it was because of our impression of David V, knowledgeable, professional, likable.) We had several scheduling set backs (our fault) and David V was super accommodating and kept in touch along the way.

We had just previously had a bit of a problem with a contractor not keeping to a very good timeline so we were concerned about the paint job being done in a timely manner. No need to worry there, David has his team in and out. Quality job and the process was great, start to finish. We have nothing but praise for David V and his team of painters (not to mention they seemed to have great camaraderie which you just love to witness).

Century Painting - particularly Keith and Chris - did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. The result shows their professionalism. From power washing the house, to perfectly caulking the hairline cracks, to precisely masking all windows and doors, and finally apply the premium eggshell paint, they did everything to our full satisfaction. We thank them for a job very well done and can highly recommend Century Painting to anybody looking for quality painters!

Century did an excellent job paining the interior of our new house. No drips, no sags, no muss, no fuss. They met their commitment to get the job done in 3 days and brought in extra help on the third day. The cost was reasonable and we have a few smaller jobs and I wouldn't use anyone but Century.

Century came out and painted the exterior of our house last year. Beautiful job. Came when they said they would come, great coverage, no drips anywhere, and thorough clean up. We continue to hear compliments from our neighbors. Competitive pricing. I highly recommend them!

AMAZING. AMAZING. AMAZING! I could not be happier with the job done on our nursery. We did the painter for a day option & they had Mike come out. Great guy; very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He took his time, didn't rush, and it shows! I will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of a painter!

Used Century recently for an exterior paint job. They did excellent work, on time and everything as promised. The two man crew, Harold and Steve were very professional and helpful. The job site was left clean every evening. I highly recommend this company. I will use them when we are ready to paint the interior.
