A very thorough job was done on my carpets that needed a deep cleaning. It had been too long between cleanings and i was worried the carpet was too stained and damaged, but it now looks beautiful! They did a phenomenal job on my whole home. I was very impressed with the Carpet Cleaning NYC's professionalism and courtesy. They vacuumed, pretreated areas that had high traffic, protected and helped shift furniture out of the way, and were hard working and friendly. If you want your carpets deep cleaned and not just a light dust removal, hire them. We can't get over how immaculately clean our carpet is!

Exceptional and very detailed oriented service. Six of our area rugs needed cleaning- three large, two runners and a small circular rug downstairs. I spoke to Carpet Cleaning NYC the morning after I submitted a request, and came by for an assessment of the work and quote for a deep cleaning. The SQ/FT for the carpet is approximately 1800. Our carpets were embarrassingly dirty and it now looks completely different. Hands down the best cleaners I have worked with! This was very convenient for me too.

Overall these guys did a really good job cleaning they arrived on time and they were very professional. why the 3 star that is because of the pricing I did get the job done right but I figured the rate would be a bit lower granted I did not ask for the price in advance but I was charged $150 when I was hoping to be at the $100 mark
