C&C did a great job replacing my roof. They came out right away to give me a quote and always kept me updated with the project. The crew got everything replaced and cleaned up in 2 days. It's rained several times since then and everything seems to be holding up well. Service: Roof installation

The installation of our roof was 12-15 years ago. We had leakage within the first few years and they came back and supposedly fixed it. It was not repaired properly and we didn't trust them to do another fix. The roof got progressively worse. It should have lasted 30 years. We had no idea how bad it would get- It is much worse than we realized with virtually all of the wood needing to be replaced.

I had gotten 3 bids. C&C was the middle bid. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this expensive experience due to poor workmanship. Ask several people about their personal roofing experiences. We learned a few years later from a new neighbor that we should have chosen the real professionals that are well known in this area. We ended up going with the best roofer, who had given us the highest bid the last time. Don't make my costly mistake.

They came exactly when they said they'd be there, nicely cleaned up. Due to the age of the roof, I needed some additional repairs which was well communicated (before and during). Also had some small follow up work to do and resolved this promptly right after. Very responsive and communicated during the entire process. Would recommend!

I hired C&C only because my attached neighbors hired them to replace their roof, and I needed to address a water leak area where our twin home roofs connect. I was hesitant about them from the start. Their supplier left tracks all over our new driveway which C&C said wasn't their responsibility. I insisted that it was because they hired the. supplier, not me.

After some back and forth, they came and attempted to power wash the tracks. The end result is that the tracks are still visible and it looks like my 3 year old son scribbled on top of them with the power washer. In addition to the driveway issues, I was not advised by C&C beforehand that replacing the skylight with the roof would result.

If anyone is looking for roofing don't hire C&Cfamily roofing. Absolutely Don't hire this company. They don't care about their customers nor the damages they cause. We weren't even customers, we were neighbors to the customers and they damaged our car and refuse to pay for the damages. I have been back and forth with them about it for 2 days now. I. woke up yesterday to them banging on my front door telling me I need to move our car out of OUR driveway.

I don't drive and I told them I can't move it because I do not drive. I then had to knock on 3 different neighbors door seeing if someone could help me move it and no one was home. Then finally I had to flag down a police officer to help me.

C&C was amazing with their fast response to our roof damage after a tornado! Installing a new roof was done professionally, thoroughly and right the first time! C and C roofing was just here. Jeff was the techs name. He was the absolute rudest he could've been. He basically threw the brochures at me. Gave me ZERO Info. Didn't talk to me about the process or the products or ANYTHING and he ran out of here in less than 2 minutes. Why? He asked my vaccination status and rather than tell him the truth, . that it was none of his business, I answered honestly that I was not vaccinated.

He then proceeded to treat me like some kind of freak. So, here's my message to you C and C Family roofing. 1. It's not proper, professional, nor is it any of Jeff's business to know my personal health status. 2. If Jeff or any other tech is scared of this.

Great crew. Removed roof and put new one on, very professional. Did a great job cleaning up the mess. They will be back to replace the gutter guards. Also one side of house was damage due to hail storm and the will be back to remove the siding and replace it.

Overall excellent experience with C&C Family Roofing & Siding. We had a leak in our second floor hallway. The clean up was great, not a trace left behind. The quality of work was well worth the very competitive pricing. Much better pricing than other places. I had someone come out for a quote, after 8 days I call back to see if I could get answer. They tell me the guy who did the quote is on vacation for another wk and a half. We're they ever going to get back to me? Or were they going to make me wait a month to get a quote? Either way, it's a below average job by this company.

Jeff was the project lead and his team showed up before 8am on Monday (as promised) and were done with the complete replacement of the roof shingles on the house and detached garage by 2pm on Tuesday. These guys knew what they were doing and busted their butts getting it done on two very hot summer days. Big salute!
