I have always been treated with exceptional customer service when dealing with the women in the office, I think her name is Amanda. I know the owner takes great pride in delivery great service along with a great rental product or he would not have a yard full of cat equipment. In the past I have rented from other companies and most of the time it was a no name piece of equipment they had to offer. So I would definitely recommend renting from Build Masters

I've dealt with Merv for years. He is a honest hard worker who runs a great business. I've never had problems with him even after my employee broke a window on a machine. He is very fair. No one ever wants to leave a good review it seems. If your a idiot do everyone a favor and take your business elsewhere. I've never had a problem with his employee, she seems to be smarter and more with it than any other rental place.
