James Kitson has been providing Residential Monthly Pest Control services at our home for years. Though the service is always the same day of the month, he contacts us in advance so we don't forget and become startled by a person at our window. They start with the interior service as well as the exterior, but then only need to do the perimeter to maintain the effectiveness.
The service works great and at a fair price. Our provider is professional and responsive to our needs (such as he sprays our mailbox at our request so we very seldom have any spiders lurking between the envelopes). We live "in town" but our property is adjacent to an area becoming more wooded and overgrown. James is the defender of our home against all things creepy and crawly and we are grateful for him, and that Bug Out services our rural community. We highly recommend the Bug Out monthly preventative service.
