I was impressed with the professional treatment that was shown to me throughout the entire process. I was quoted on exactly what we needed, I wasn't overcharged, and when the project was completed they delivered exactly what they said they would do. They were courteous and worked in a timely manner taking the time needed on each area. They kept the work area cleaned up throughout the entire project.

We had Cody and Jake and they were very professional and produced high quality work. I highly recommend Brandstetter's KangaRoof and will use them again on our next roofing project.

We were very happy with the work we received from Austin with KangaRoof after some recent storm damage to our roof. We have only lived at this house for a little over a year when the recent winter storms knocked a tree into our house/roof. We called KangaRoof and were immediately helped. Got a date and got service very quick (as soon as our insurance company would allow). We would recommend Austin to our family and friends in need of this service. These guys put on my last roof and it feels great! They had the old roof off in minutes and the metal one on in a few hours. I'm highly impressed with KangaRoof. Chris Kasson our specialist was very professional and personable. As far as the install of our gutters they arrived 15 minutes early and were done in 2.5 hours which I found very impressive. The gutters look great and have functioned perfectly so far. One of our downspouts was clogged and the installer made me aware which I appreciated. They also just stopped by and did a post job inspection to make sure everything is working properly. Great experience all around.

Brandsetter Kangaroof is very professional and knowledgeable in regards to all roofing aspects. Jacob Brandsetter came out right away and gave us an estimate and thoroughly explained all details about what would be completed. The crew that came out to complete our metal roof did a good job and it was complete in 2 days. It was then inspected by Terry Justice, which we feel was part of the professional job they do! I honestly have no idea how these guys are rated so highly. Bad experience from start to finish. A brief overview: Jacob told us they were two weeks out to get us into a contract (our roof was actively leaking) - they didn't start for ~10 weeks. The first time we thought they were about to start on our roof, they showed up unannounced, and began doing THE WRONG PROJECT.

As it turns out, they still needed to finish/correct something on our neighbor's roof. Wish we had talked to our neighbors before entering our own contract with them. Jacob initially also placed emphasis on the fact that kangaroof was a higher price than competitors because they used an "in house crew." Our roof was finally completed by an unmarked crew (the guy with the kangaroof cap didn't show up until both of our window boxes were broken) that was fired shortly after.

They took months to fix what didn't pass the first inspection, and perform a second inspection. In that time we received two incorrect invoices and were repeatedly asked why we weren't paying. When we finally spoke up about the misrepresentations, delays, and general lack of professionalism, they lied, shifted blame, became hostile. This ultimately ended with them threatening to put a mechanics lien on our house unless we paid them their price. Please don't patronize these people.

Jacob got us signed up painlessly, helped arrange the finances, then had a couple excellent crews come in and do a fantastic job, including a good site cleanup and fast action on the small punch list after the fact. I was considering new gutters and had Chris Kasson of Kangaroof come out for an assessment. Through speaking with him I could tell he had a real passion for his job and was eager to help me. In addition to inspecting my gutters, he explained that he could do a thorough inspection of my roof, siding and gutters if I wished and had the time. He even came in and did an attic inspection which was another thing on my to do list.

This guy had a drone to look at my roof and even brought coloring books in to my children. The best experience I have had when it comes to home improvement. The installation team was on time and efficient. Watching them momentarily it was clear that they were very good at what they do. I was pretty impressed. They cleaned up afterwards and in the end Kangaroof made sure to follow up to ensure our satisfaction.

They followed up 3 months later to make sure I was pleased with the job as well. I get the impression that these guys really enjoy their work and its more than just a job to them. I appreciate the level of customer care they provide and the end result is quality work no doubt. I will be referring them to my friends and family. A very reputable company that you can trust all in all.

My experience with Brandstetters KangaRoof was top notch from beginning to end. Scheduling an estimate was extremely easy and professional. When Greg made his way out the next day- he was professional, polite and very informative. He identified what was causing an issue with my gutter, shared very detailed pictures and explanations and even went out of his way and tied up and secured my falling gutter that was installed poorly before we purchased the home.

His detailed explanation left me feeling very confident in my decision to call them. Not only was their free estimate extremely thorough and professional- their turn around time was amazing. Do not use Kanga Roof. Their workers stole items from my house and their work was shoddy. Now that the roof is leaking, they refuse to honor the warranty. No, I don't consider this issue resolved. The entire roof has to be redone because the first time it was done, it was done so poorly, there are leaks everywhere. The staff was extremely rude, accused me of lying, and made the entire experience a nightmare. DO NOT USE KANGA ROOF. I highly recommend Winchester Roofing, excellent customer service, a quality job well done, they were friendly, fast, and far less expensive than Kanga Roof.

We used Kanga Roof for major repairs to our current roof including some deck replacement and new shingles. We couldn't be happier with the level of service and the courteous staff from beginning to end on this project. Everyone from our sales person through to the office staff and including our service personnel and installers, worked in a very professional manner, kept us well informed of progress, and met the timelines for the work that was promised.

We did have occasion for some follow up service work and they were very responsive and did everything necessary to resolve the issue. We had several roofing companies out to evaluate our needs and we found Kanga Roof to be the most reassuring that the job would be done properly and at a fair price. I highly recommend using Kanga Roof for any of your roofing needs. I own an old home that uses box gutters. In the 100+ years since this house had been built, the gutters had never been replaced. As you can imagine, these wooden gutters were starting to deteriorate. I reached out to Kanga Roof to get a quote since I had heard good things about their work, and I liked that they are local company.

They came out to look at the work that was needed, explained that they use top-of-the-line materials, and gave me a fair price. KangaRoof took a daunting set of problems i was facing as a first time homeowner and made them disappear. The management at this company stand behind their every word, something i find very rare in these types of businesses today. The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch. If you own a house with box gutters, you need not bother to call anyone else. Johnny is the MAN, came back on a follow up visit to verify all the gutters and downspouts were functioning properly, fixed the problem while i was away at work and i came home to see the work was already done!
