The dream of owning a business became a reality in 1978 when Bob and Mary Nennig started Bob's Quality Heating & Air Conditioning in their garage with the help of their three children. In 1985, Bob's Quality Heating & Air Conditioning moved to our current location at 123 S Railroad St. in Kimberly.

The customer service we received for our furnace repair was laughable, at best. The tech knocked on the door and asked where the furnace was; no introduction as to who he was or what company he was with. He did not seem knowledgeable with the repair and called his 'buddy' who works for a different company to get advice on how to fix the issue. After about 2 hours, he informed me he needed to move on with his day and didn't have time to wait around for tech support.

This was a very disappointing experience, as we've used Bob's service in the past and have been satisfied. However, we will no longer be using them for our HVAC needs after this encounter.

Emergency service after hours, technician diagnosed the gas furnace problem quickly, was able to locate the part we needed and we had heat again within a few hours. The temperature in the house was dropping and he offered space heaters until the repair was done. Service: Heating system repair

Super friendly and helpful. I was not sure how my system worked with 2 furnaces, electric baseboard heating and a wood stove in my house I just bought. The tech took his time to walk around and make sure he found every thermostat and figured out what it operated. He also replaced the thermostats that were not functioning and gave me recommendations as well! I would highly recommend Bob's for all your Hearing and cooling needs! Very happy with their service!
