We had such a great experience working with Jenn at BK&B for our new build! We're first time home buyers and the process can be confusing and overwhelming but she made it simple and even FUN! You can tell she puts a lot of thought and care into her designs and is very knowledgeable at what she does. We would highly recommend her and the team!

Building our "forever" retirement home in a pandemic with a tight budget has been challenging but working with Kesa Bohnhoff at Better Kitchens & Baths has been nothing but a pleasure. I wish I could provide a picture but considering I received NO SERVICE from them there is not one to provide. I made an appointment, worked with Mark and explained I was eager to completed my kitchen with custom cabinetry. I could tell he was apprehensive (not sure if he was expecting a black woman or not). I expressed my ideas and he wrote everything and told me he would get back to with me by way of email and or phone call. I waited a week, after not receiving anything I called; Mark informed me it wont be until Wednesday and two weeks later NOTHING.

Very detailed in explains about cabinets. Care about customer satisfaction. Have been great to work with. Warranty team is very helpful. We had a couple soft close hinges that needed replaced. They came out to fix them and was more concerned about the broken hinges that were installed. Very satisfied customer.

If you want a professional, modern, beautiful kitchen or bathroom you must go to Better Kitchens and baths. Dan is absolutely a joy to work with and during our major renovation he has been an invaluable resource. He has coordinated every aspect of our kitchen remodel down to the last detail. We couldn't be happier with the process and our amazing gorgeous new kitchen. All praises to Dan with Better Kitchens and baths.

I just had Better Kitchens & Baths install a new 60 inch bathroom vanity and double sink in a 2nd bathroom. The materials delivery went well and the install team did a great job. They were on-time, thorough and did high quality work. The four guys (2 delivery and 2 installers) were friendly, polite and really cared about the quality of their work.

I even asked the installers to recaulk the double sink in my master bathroom that they installed last year. They said no problem and did a nice job on that as well. Special thanks to Curtis Hansen our Account Manager for helping us select the right cabinet and sink combination. I highly recommend Better Kitchens & Baths for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling job.

We used Better Kitchens & Baths, Inc to remodel our kitchen and now have the most beautiful cabinets and crown work! Mike was our salesman and helped us through every step. We actually had a problem with the corner angled cabinets and were dissatisfied with the manufacture's product, so Better Kitchens made new fronts and corners so we were 100% satisfied at no additional cost.
