Dave and his crew were amazing to work with. We did vinyl siding, cultured stone siding, and all new windows with him. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and completed the work on time. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Dave of Benchmark did all of our siding, gutters, garage doors, windows and patio doors about 14 years when he was just starting out, and did a fabulous job. In a recent windstorm, a couple of our soffit panels came loose. He came within 48 hrs and reattached them on a 25 degree day. Very friendly courteous guy. Dave of Benchmark Siding was very professional in his initial meeting with us to discuss our siding options. We waited 3 weeks for an estimate and then began calling to check on the status of said estimate. NO return calls were ever received. We waited another week and left 2 more messages, and still not a call back. If this is indicative of the quality of his follow up and follow through skills then I certainly would NOT want to have any major work done by him!

I would HIGHLY recommend Benchmark siding to anyone looking for new siding or windows. Dave is very down to earth guy. I called Dave (owner) and he called me back same day to give me a quote. He explained everything and spent time with me going over the style of siding and everyrhing in between. Whenever I called Dave he always answered me and was very detailed with everything from start to finish.

His crew was awesome and cleaned up well. Dave came to my house to help and check on things while they were here. I love how everything came out and would use them again and definitely recommend to anyone looking. Very professional!

This business came highly recommended. I called, spoke to Dave and he told me that he would come by the same day(Saturday) or definitely on Monday. That was over a week ago, I haven't heard again from him

I highly recommend Benchmark Siding and David Carman. We re-did our siding/stone, portico, and front porch and Dave helped coordinate related electrical work as well. Dave was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He spent a lot of time walking us through all the options and costs. He never pressured us. He let us know the impact of the decisions we were making in terms of time and cost and aesthetics.

He is very responsive to calls and texts. He is a great communicator in terms of when the job will start, what days the guys will show up and what days they may not due to weather, as well as approximately how long the job will take. He itemized all the costs for us and explained when there were credits and debits depending on any changes. We are very happy with the way the house turned out and I would definitely look to Dave for additional work in the future.

After getting many estimates we decided to call Benchmark after seeing a home's siding being done down the road from us. We called the number and David (Owner) was able to come and give idea's and samples of siding products he uses. He took the time to explain the product, the date he would start, and time for completion. David was always in touch with us about any concerns and questions we had.

His guys worked from 8 am until dusk and we couldn't have asked for a better job! His work is exceptional! We have recommended him to many friends and would highly recommend!

Dave Carmen, owner of Benchmark is a consummate professional. His work and approach is meticulous to detail, fairly priced and high quality. Would highly recommend him for roofing and siding. Totally satisfied with the job he did on our house.

After receiving 3 estimates, we decided to go with Benchmark (his and another were comparable while the third was not). They redid our siding/gutters in the depth of winter and except for a day or two where the elements prohibited work, they were here every day from 8 until sundown including a Saturday so as to not fall behind. The materials and finished product look great. Dave was great to work with!

If I could give less than a one star I'd do it. Was dissapointed with the quality and the angry attitude of the owner Dave when I asked him to fix a piece of siding he had just installed about two months ago. He said it wasn't his problem to drive all the way back. I had to get someone else do it which cost me $150. There was only one nail holding the whole piece of siding. Would not use or recommend him to my worst enemy.

Really pleased with the work Dave and his crew did. The job was complete sooner than he promised even with a few days of rain when they couldn't work. The same crew of guys showed up every time and were clean and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for new siding.

I was very pleased with Benchmark's work. They started and finished on schedule and stayed to almost 10pm to get the job done. The next day Dave came to inspect the work and sent a few people back to clean up our sun room better. He did the little extra things at no additional charge.

We met with David, the owner, for an estimate for new siding. He was friendly and spent almost two hours with us going over his products and our options. We never received an estimate and despite three phone calls on my behalf we never even received a return phone call. Needless to say we would not recommend this company.

Benchmark did siding work for our neighbor at a reasonable price and they were very happy with the work that had been done. So, we called Benchmark to give us an estimate on our roof as well, and to have them fix a flange around a pipe on the roof that leaking water into the house. We agreed we'd have the roof done in the spring but he said he'd fix the flange on the leaking roof pipe within a couple of weeks. We never heard back from him in spite of leaving multiple messages.
