At the time, materials were delivered mainly via railroad cars on a main spur running directly through the property and continuing to nearby Havertown.
We will start with an initial complimentary design consultation in our showroom. This is when we discuss your ideas, likes, dislikes, budget, and overall goal for your space. We want to understand any possible challenges and opportunities your unique space could allow. This is where the fun begins; get to know your designer and partner though this exciting renovation! From this, we will create a customized design and generate a preliminary quote. Next, we will perform a precise measurement of the existing space.

The level of service I received on my initial visit was impressive. Customer service was way beyond my expectations, I was looking for some hard to find quarter rounds for an old house, nobody had them. They even helped me load them into the car. I will be back for sure for any of my future lumber needs. The Lady who works the counter was amazing so friendly and professional she made my initial experience there a good one. I'm glad I ran into this place on happenstance. The entire team there is focused on personalize business and customer service again thank you so much!

Just finished up working with Emily on an easy track closet design. She was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not best pricing, not the best customer service, but it seems to be the best option for certain things in the Philadelphia area. They will cut almost anything to any size, but they'll make you feel like they're doing you a favor the whole time. I spent a couple thousand here over several weeks rebuilding the exterior of an investment property. Still, they give me attitude for wanting to choose my own wood or asking questions. Forgive me for wanting decent piece of wood at $100+ a board! Additionally apart from one man who works there, who is truly very knowledgeable, most of the workers, while eager to help, do not give particularly good advice or know the details of their product.
I went hoping to develop a long lasting professional relationship but got the sense that they'd rather I look elsewhere if I made a habit of asking for specific pieces of wood or special cuts.
