BDS helped me unblock my drain in London. I was impressed by the drainage equipment they had. They found the issue straight away using a camera and they even repaired it without digging the ground up, very impressed. great company!

BDS Drainage were contacted to unblock a kitchen sink that was blocked heavily with fat. They examined the drain, diagnosed the problem and cleared within one hour. We found out about BDS Drainage on Google. We first got them to do a survey on a drain which we thought might have been damaged by a massive tree root. BDS Drainage done a survey and the pictures revealed some damage. We then go them back to do the repair. David was the engineer, very friendly guy. He told me exactly what he was doing at each step. He was very thorough, tidy and professional. A horrible dirty job, but he just cracked on with a cheery attitude. I really recommend BDS Drainage.

The job wasn't an emergency but I called on a Sunday night and Sharna answered the phone, she was very helpful and had an engineer out to us early the next morning. They did a clean, professional and diligent job. Also the rates were cheaper than other quotes we had. Brilliant service.

Jack and Harry arrived late on a Friday night to what turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. They couldn't have been more polite, more helpful and more efficient. They did such a good job and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

BDS arrived today to help us with our septic tank. We thought they showed great professionalism and expertise. I can not thank them enough, also the lady in the office who took my phone calls was very helpful.

Very professional and helpful, Staff were kind and well mannered. I had sewage pouring into my house at 2:00am and they quoted 90minutes and turned up within the hour! It's been 1 month since they came out and my drains haven't been blocked since, compared to previous companies I have used where the drain would re-block 2 weeks after, it was the best drainage service I have ever received.

I have used them on 2 of my other properties for a blocked sink and a broken pipe that our tenant managed to put a nail though. I would highly recommend their company, all the staff were lovely, helpful and professional ( they left the place clean and tidy every time) Thanks guys!
