We had Baggett Heating & Cooling come out for a repair and the tech, Jesse was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything very well and went over everything thoroughly. We even received a call to let us know the tech would be arriving soon. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company.

Having to replace The HVAC unit and duck work in a house is not something I was looking forward to doing. But the time came and Baggett heating and cooling was there from start to finish even on Sunday when the emergency happened. Convenience of texts, ease of financing, knowledgeable staff and a job done a day early. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this company to everybody and anybody that needs anything done in the HVAC department!

On 5/13/22 I had an issue with my AC. I called on a Saturday and within two hours I had air. The emergency tech on call was very professional and responded to our needs very fast and efficiently. Overall, I chose this business bc of the consistently good reviews. Good tech that came out, friendly/ answered all questions. Provided 3 stars, bc the service I paid for included cleaning my HVAC and I was informed that didn't happen bc of the cold temperature we had at the time. I purchased the 1 year plan, bc if not I would've cheated myself since I didn't get the full service experience.

Woke up to ice covering my 3 week old unit. Called Baggett and the response was quick and handled with great professionalism. Top down! Kurt was, as always, on top of his game and Quickly resolved the issue of concern. Again, from the initial call to Kurt wrapping everything up Baggett always does a great job! Our heat pump went out the weekend before Christmas- because of course it did. We've had Baggett out before, for maintenance and loved them, so that was who we immediately called. Fortunately, it was warm and we have a second furnace, so we didn't need an emergency service call. We called on Monday and they came out, found a minor electrical issue with the thermostat that was covered under the service/diagnostic cost. The tech was really awesome and done in just a few minutes. We, of course, were relieved!

The tech they sent out was very professional, He came right in and took care of everything in a timely manner. He was very respectful of my home and explained everything that he needed to do from inside the house to outside the house. He also made sure in telling me when I need to change filters and that if we ever need anything to contact them directly and they will come back out.
Mrs Tonya called to arrange a schedule day and time for the tech to come out and she was soo sweet and had a pleasant attitude very professional over the phone and took care of my needs. She also called me to let me know the day of my appointment that my tech was on the the way and she also let me know if there where any problems to call her back and they would take care of them.
Overall this Company is very professional they chose the right people to do the jobs because Customer service is very important and they exceeded those expectations. Thank you all for what you do! Keep up the great work.
