Aviston Lumber Co. was co-founded in 1947 by J.B. "Jack" Heimann and his nephew, Paul W. Netemeyer. Heimann and Netemeyer discovered that by prefabricating farm buildings and pre-engineering roof trusses, they could reduce costs and save their clients money. This realization is what makes Aviston Lumber Co. an industry leader, as prefabrication is now standard.

Aviston Lumber is seriously the best hardware store I've found. Everyone is always so friendly when I go there and helpful as well. If my hands are full they are always offering to help me carry things out which I really appreciate. Both the office and lumber guys are so sweet. 10/10 recommend Aviston Lumber for your hardware needs!

Homeowners always have a list of repairs, visions of remodeling, or something just 'goes out'. We recently moved to the area, buying a home. Aviston Lumber has been great, personable, friendly and their prices are reasonable with the added benefit of being local. We will definitely be continuing to go to Aviston Lumber.
