Alan and Chris saved the frogs! My kids were really upset that the pool was going to be worked on before we had a chance to get the tadpoles and frogs out. (We are having the lining replaced and there was a very small area of water left after draining it. The frogs made it a home.) These 2 kind men saw how upset my boys were and, without us asking, rang our bell and showed the boys that they got the frogs out. Top rate crew! Professional, friendly, and thoughtful.

After years of not pulling the trigger on getting a pool, we finally did it and could not have been any happier than with our choice of ArrowMaster. For us the face of ArrowMaster was Keith and Henry. These guys, and their crew were just fantastic, and took care of our every need. From getting us the design that fit our budget and lifestyle, to material selection and managing the entire process better than we could have expected. Love, love, love the pool and now, finally after all of those years of procrastination, we will be indulging ourselves thanks to the team at ArrowMaster. Thanks Keith and Henry!

My Aquabot pool cleaner broke and my local shop was not able to work on it. The closest place I could go to was Arrow Master Pools. Sandy went out of her way to help locate the part that was not made any longer. They were able to fix my cleaner and I was amazed at how fair the price was. I highly recommend Arrow Master. The customer service is top notch!

In 2004 we decided to build a pool. After interviewing several pool companies, we chose Arrow Master Pools. We chose them because they, by far, had the best, most comprehensive presentation regarding, planning, execution and Service after construction. This is a Family Owned business since the 1960's. The Staff could not have been and continue to be exceptionally helpful.
It is very reassuring to still be dealing with the same folks that we met 15 years ago during the construction process. Their Service People are very knowledgeable and they encourage all Pool Owners to become educated about the pool workings and water balance maintenance (even if they have no intention of doing the maintenance themselves). I was impressed with the fact that not only during construction but upon completion they photograph the pool equipment (Filter, Pump, Heater, etc.) so they have a record of what you have when you call for service.
Our pool is now 15 years old and it not only looks great but the construction and physical integrity of the pool, the plumbing and the works have held up beautifully. Whenever there were water balance issues from acid rain or lawn fertilizer or mystery contaminants - Arrow Master Pools Service always had solutions and quality Service People to handle them in a timely manner.
We have come to learn that building a quality pool is very important. A pool will last for a long time. Some friends and neighbors choose other companies because they promised the sun, the moon and the stars for less of an investment. Time revealed that lesser quality pools don't maintain their integrity for long and soon expensive repairs begin to ensue.
I rarely take the time to write reviews - I can however sincerely say if you are interested in building a quality pool and want to work with a company that stands behind their work and will be with you into the future to service and maintain your investment - Arrow Master Pools is that company.

We've been customers of Arrow Master pools for several years now. They make it so convenient to take care of our pool! Their pick-up, testing, and delivery of needed chemicals with their H2O To Go program has been a huge timesaver - not to mention it saves us money by helping us stay on top of our pool's needs. The staff is so nice and informative and they go out of their way to help! We will definitely remain customers at Arrow Master for years to come!

I love working with Arrow Master Pools! They are a wonderful company. They are always cheerful when I call and ask a question or two. They are still cheerful when I go into the store to do whatever I need to do. I love how they are always thinking of ways to make pool owner's lives easier with their pools. They have discounts, make deliveries, have great store hours, whatever is needed.
They are always thinking of what else they can do to make a pool as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Arrow Master Pools if you have a pool and live in the Center Valley area.

Arrow Master Pools have been very good to us! We use the H20 To Go Program two years now and I love it! So convenient and it lets me enjoy my pool more. We have also used their construction department for a new liner and other work and they did a great job. I have all positive experiences with them. I recommend Arrow Master Pools with confidence.

Arrow Master built my pool 15 years ago, and has opened, closed and serviced it every year since. The owners are friendly and accessible and the staff is knowledgeable and fun. It's refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service from a local company - too many companies take their customers for granted these days. I've used their H2O To Go program since it was started - can't beat having your water picked up and tested, and then getting any necessary chemicals delivered to your doorstep 2 days later. Highly recommend.

We have relied on Arrow Master to keep our water chemistry in perfect balance throughout the summer. We used to take our water samples over a couple times a month for analysis and purchase just right amount of chemicals to keep the water crystal clear. Then they offered H2O to Go program, with pick up of the water sample and delivery of the chemicals every week.
It can't get any easier! Arrow Master also repaired our automatic pool cleaner saving us hundreds over the purchase of a new one. The staff is always friendly and very helpful!
