One of the casters on my twenty year old barbecue was broken recently and I stopped at Arizona Casters to see if they had a replacement. The young man behind the counter (maybe 50ish or so) carefully measured the peg in the old caster and then sold me two new ones with nice urethane wheels (which were better than the old plastic ones that came with the barbecue) for eleven dollars and change. I was probably in the store no more than four minutes. Nice, friendly, fast service and I really appreciate it.

I needed a bearing for a gate wheel. They knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock. The lady installed it in the wheel. Awesome one stop shop for anything wheel related. No car stuff, industrial wheels and casters. Awesome customer service!

Very impressed with AZ Casters. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't try to upsell or make extra money, just an honest straight forward company. I bought a similar set of wheels from another company and it costs me $64, came here for same thing except the had a better plan and I spend $17. I'll be back. Thanks guys!

I was surprised I had not found this place sooner. A few times a year or so, I am in the need of casters, wheels, dollys. When I walked into this place, the vibe had me sold before I talked to anyone. It is a family run business and they do a great job! They had the parts I needed readily available and a great inventory of wheels and items I can use in the future. I highly recommend Arizona Casters to anyone looking for great value and service.
