AW&D customer service is phenomenal! I tried to avoid paying installation fees so I measured my windows myself. BIG MISTAKE! Every measurement was wrong. Marla is wonderful and so understanding. She sent out someone to measure my windows a few days later and he was so patient. I highly recommend AW&D! Customer service there is A1!

I've allowed AW&D to replace every window in my home. Could not have made a better choice. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone interested in windows.

American Window and Door replaced my old, broken folding closet doors and saved the good panels for me in case I could use them in another room in the future. They also looked at my windows and advised against replacing them, because my heating bill was low, and it wasn't worth spending the money. Then finally, they found me a crank to open panes on a bay window in an old catalog. I couldn't be happier. They do good work. They're honest, and they go the extra mile.

American Window and Door made custom solar shades for my west facing windows. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I recently replaced all of the windows in my house with Quaker Windows from American Window and Door. Their team is fast, thorough, and professional. My window order arrived when they said it would, and the installation started and finished on time. As a matter of fact, all of the windows were replaced in one day. They just had to return the next day to finish caulking and wrapping the windows.

Little things put them over the top. The windows have stops that you can use to prevent the window from being raised above a certain height for security. The stops on two of my windows were not right. American WD ordered new spots and replaced them within a few days. They were very diligent to contact me and schedule a time to replace them which was good because it had actually slipped my mind to do that. I'm very happy with their service and I would use them on any window project in the future.

We needed 25 window screens repaired on our home. We contacted 3 local companies and ONLY American Window and Door Company came to our home to correctly measure and give us a quote for re screening and repair of all of our window screens. We were given price options, and chose to remove and reinstall the repaired screens ourselves. The process was simple, and our screens were ready to be picked up within a week, as promised. 3 of our screens were bent beyond repair, so they were completely rebuilt at no additional cost. The entire staff is so professional and helpful! We could not give a higher rating (but we would, if we could!)
