If there were negative stars I would do it. He took my $1000 down payment and never paid me back. He could not get the door as promised, I waited months for him, called and sent emails and he kept saying "the door is coming" and then "the check is in the mail" but never sent a dime. I forwarded a registered letter to him and he did not accept it and returned it unopened.
What does that say? A crook by my standards. Unfortunate, but I thought he was decent guy when he came and took the measurements. Can't believe he is still in business. And, this has been posted for quite some time and he has not responded or tried to make it right - more proof of guilt.

Our doors have been a nuisance for quite some time but we had no problem scheduling an appointment with Tim - he was very flexible and came outside normal business hours. We had two doors that would get stuck and could be hard to get open/closed without extra force. Tim took about an hour to diagnose and fix the problem and his rate was reasonable and within the range he guessed over the phone.
He also diagnosed and fixed another problem outside of the scope our appointment and didn't charge us anything for the help. Tim really makes a point of doing a job right. I would recommend his service.

I recently had a window break in my home. A1 Lakeview Doors & Glass came within the hour to do the board up. They were very careful to do a thorough cleanup of the area, and installed a secure board up. Within a couple of days they were back to replace the window. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

A1 Lakeview Doors and Glass did an exceptional job repairing the damage that was done to our business, during an attempted break in. We called A1 Lakeview Doors and Glass at 2:30 in the morning. Within an hour, they arrived and secured the broken window and door and by noon, that day, the door was completely replaced as was the glass. Not only did they do an excellent job; the staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, A1 Lakeview Doors and Glass!
