I built my own hot tub but needed the support materials, including the pump, ionizer, filter and lighting. Art was incredible. Took a great deal of time discussing options and the pluses and minuses of each. If you're just starting your hot tub purchasing journey it can be a bit of a minefield out there. I'd suggest talking to Art before you move forward. If you're buying or building a wood tub he's a library filled with the information you need.

Fantastic service! We bought a newly constructed house in 1987 that had a large whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. Thirty-five years later, the brass plating on the hardware (jet covers, etc.) had deteriorated. I was able to determine that the builder had purchased the tub from Almost Heaven, and contacted them. Art from Almost Heaven spent hours researching and emailing photos back and forth with me to figure out what the 35 year old hardware was.

All of the hardware had long since been discontinued by the manufacturer, but Art was able to track down old pieces in inventory and new pieces that would work. He also gave me advice on how to do the replacement and how to fix a problem with the water level sensor. All of this for a couple of hundred dollar sale. Talk about standing behind your product and great customer service! Simply the best!

In 2015 I built a custom home in WNC for myself and my wife. The property features a plunge pool/ spa at the foot of a 25' rock face opposite the front door. This was a first for us, and required a great deal of custom detail. Happily, we were able to find, and work with Art at Almost Heaven Group, who helped us to design and source the materials/supplies for a custom filtration & heating system.

Though he was 2 states away and never came to the site, the expertise and support that he was (and as of 2021, still is) able to provide was/is outstanding. Art has an engineer's command of the challenges of designing and plumbing a custom spa of any size, and no issue is too nuanced for him, thanks to his decades of experience. If you intend to do something difficult and totally original for your next pool/ spa project and need some sound guidance, do yourself a favor and consult with Art before making any irreversible decisions.

From my first email with Art, he was nothing but helpful and responsive. With only very basic carpentry and woodworking skills (as in I think I helped someone frame a wall once in highschool), Art helped me through the entire design process as I tried to figure out how to fit a sauna in an old shed we had. I never felt any pressure to buy the kit from him, but I'm very glad I did.

He answered my nearly endless stream of questions during the construction process. The quality of the cedar, benches, door, etc. surpassed my expectations. There was a small delay and mix-up with some boards but Art made sure that it was resolved as quickly as possible and was always an email away to assure me he was straightening everything out as fast as was possible.

I was working on a DIY spa project and after visiting multiple websites looking for pluming configuration help, one of the blogs recommended Almost Heaven. I was glad they did. I went from being in a constant search for someone with expertise that was willing to share and bouncing from one site to the next gleaming one tidbit at a time to having a direct conversation with someone who knew what they were talking about.

I purchased a ionizer for my hot tub. My experience with Art at Almost Heaven has been absolutely fantastic. I believe the product and the customer support I have received are second to none.! We just got our hot tub and did some research and really wanted to avoid some of the chemicals. This is where Art/ Almost Heaven really helped me with all and any questions.

He really knows the business and was always answering every phone or e-mail question I had. He was always responding very quickly. I believe his customer support is top notch. I like to call it " old school" ( a live decent man on the phone.). The ionizer once installed has been just as awesome. I have the clearest, smooth feeling water of any hot tub I have ever been in. I truly believe the electrodes are worth every cent and will last so much longer than the small ones of other suppliers.

To sum up, I would highly recommend Almost Heaven to anyone considering purchasing anything from them. While I can only speak directly to the hot tub that I purchased, based on the quality of customer service, support, and professionalism that I have received I firmly believe that their establishment as a whole is top-notch. If the numerous options they offer seem a little daunting, the support you will receive and their pricing makes it very much worth it.

Overpriced. I called them on friday and told them that there prices were high. Told me that he would match price of competitors. I ask him are you sure because i need parts by fri. And competitors said theyll have it to me by thrusday he said yes. He also tried multiple times to sell me ozonator said he would give me qoute by sat afternoon. I get email sunday said he cant beat competitors price. Now im screwd because now i cant get parts by fri. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
