All Aire Air Conditioning & Heating

We have been working with John and Karol for more than 15 years. They service and repair our office systems as well as our home. We recently replaced both of our home units and as usual All Aire gave us a great price, fast and quality installation and professional service.

John saved the day! Excellent communication, follow up, and he provided amazing service and education about our problem. Took the time to explain recommendations and answered all of our questions. Love this family owned business. Honest and professional service. John arrived on time (loved that!) inspected our ac/heater, diagnosed the problem, quoted a price and then went to work. Soon our heater was back at work, our system in much better condition and likely to last years longer. Did a superb job and provided us excellent service. Highly reccommend!

Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Air conditioner sounds like it's coming apart. Call John and Karol Hagman and left a message to call. John calls back right away, asks some questions, and let's us know it will take them about an hour to get to our home clear out in Estrella Mountain. Sure enough 45 minutes later John calls to let us know they are getting off the I-10 headed towards our home. John and Karol introduce themselves, ask a few more questions and get right to work.

In 45 minutes one part is replaced, the entire unit is cleaned, another part is added to give our compressor some added help, and we are up and running. Our unit is seven years old and will need replaced in a year or two, but we are more than grateful to John and Karol for their professional, courteous, and honest work ethic. I might add that the price of the repair was very reasonable and more than fair.

One of our sons stopped by to see how we were doing, met John and Karol, and asked why he and his wife hadn't been told about them before now! Said they would definitely be giving them a call if and when they need service! Thank you John and Karol again for your prompt service!

All Aire has been servicing our cooling and heating system for the past 9 years and we have always been highly satisfied. John is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He genuinely cares about the customers he serves. Our AC went out in the kids area and John was out the next day and quickly took care of the problem. He even took the time to call me back, after I scheduled the appointment, to let me know that I needed to shut the system down, so we wouldn't cause any further damage.

I completely trust his professional opinion. I would highly recommend All Aire, because knowledge, integrity, and great customer service are hard to find these days. Thank you, John!

We had a terrific experience with All Aire Conditioning & Heat. The product they recommended was terrific and the service/installation first class. At the end we talked about a spa project we are pursuing later in the year and they offered some great tips on in the installation and we are now looking to work with them on this future project as well.
