Aim To Please

I'd like to say Matthias did a great job with installing an outlet for my sump pump. He arrived when they said they would and got right to work. Very efficient. Very customer service oriented. Service: Sump pump installation

Alan and Matthias were early, didn't judge me for my incorrect choice in lighting (they had the correct lighting for what I wanted) and helped me with a plumbing issue I didn't have scheduled. They were funny and engaging. I will be using them again. 5/5 for the service and 10/5 if they wear the Mario Bros costumes in the future.

Aim to please is our go to when we need work done on our house. We've had them do big projects (redoing old corroded plumbing) and small (removing an old sink) and they've always been kind, fast, and willing to explain everything to us. Their quotes are fair and they are always willing to work with you. Having worked with other plumbers in the area, I stick with them because of they consistently do the best work. Highly recommend to anyone.

Malachi and his helper were kind, courteous, punctual (even called to ask if it was okay to arrive early - yes, please!) and completed the installation of our new blue tooth speaker/LED light bathroom fan in a timely fashion. They were also able to tackle another plumbing repair while they were at our home, which we greatly appreciated. Plumbing/electric bills always feel a little painful, but it is less so when you know the quality of the work is top notch and the service is so friendly. Would highly recommend!

We've used Aim to Please for various jobs in the past at our old house, and have always been satisfied. So when we had an issue at our new location, these were the first people we called. We experienced pooling water and bad water hammer on our downstairs utility sink, and were told the faucet most likely needed replaced. We purchased a new set just in case that was the issue. Josh came right at the requested time and ran several tests to try and replicate the leak and noises and determined that it in fact as the faucet itself.

While replacing the fixtures, he also replaced some of the gaskets that had gotten old and tightened up the drain piping to help flow. He also instructed us on how to properly level the utility sink should we need to do that in the future. All in all, the replacement was quick, easy, and affordable, much like our previous jobs. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing issues.

We could not be happier with the service and quality of Aim To Please. Alan, Chayton, and Conner were so professional and got the electrical repair done perfectly. The whole team had great vibes and we felt very comfortable with them in our home, and they fixed our issue with expertise. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Aim to Please always delivers excellent service. We have used them for several years to do various jobs. They are always consistently professional and excited about their work. After the most recent job that they completed for us, one of the contractors commented that he was excited about what our finished basement will look like. He was genuinely excited about what my husband and I are excited about with our finished basement. They consistently show pride in their work.

Thank you to the Aim to Please team. Chayton, Conner, and Alan were all very kind and professional and I was happy to have them fix electrical issues in a home I just moved into. They kept me fully aware of what was going on and if they identified anything that wasn't up to code they fixed it on the spot. I truly felt that the three of them went the extra mile in the work they completed and always defaulted to the best scenario for home appearance and safety. We've called upon Aim to Please a couple times in the past two months to help with modifications to a home we purchased. The first call was made following the inspection when we were attempting to align schedules for our realtor, the seller, the electrician and us. Aim to Please came out immediately to diagnose the issue, quote the repair and actually ended up remedying the electrical panel issue on the spot.

After moving in, there were additional changes we wanted to make. We called to schedule another appointment. Alan arrived right on time - as he did the first time - to tackle five different changes we were seeking. He had everything completed quickly, explaining the options and best solutions for each one. A few hours after departing, a light switch was failing to operate as intended.

I left a message for Aim to Please in the early evening and Alan returned that night to permanently repair the issue. I've continually been impressed with their communication and customer service. To return the same day at about 9:30pm says a great deal about the desire for customer satisfaction. Alan even tackled another quick project for us when he was back that evening to update a fluorescent fixture to LED.

We hadn't mentioned this project to Alan when was here that morning because the parts were delayed in shipping and arrived that afternoon. The Aim to Please team has always gone out of their way to care for our home like it is their own. They are incredibly respectful by taking off and on their shoes each time they enter and exit. They are courteous to all family members, even engaging our son in conversation.

They clean up after themselves and present themselves professionally. It can be a nerve-racking experience having someone work on your home, and we've certainly had our fair share of negative experiences. But Aim to Please will always have our business after exceeding expectations on multiple visits.
