We had a very wonderful experience with Add A Deck from beginning to end. The design consultant was very professional and showed us all the options that could be possible with our existing deck. We are so happy with our final product. The company communicated the timeframe of the project and additional delays which were out of their control. I really appreciate how well they communicated throughout the process and how professional everyone was who worked on our project.
Every time I reached out with a question, they responded promptly. I highly recommend this company, they are definitely worth the price. If you are going to get a big project and you want high quality product, good communication and professionalism then Add a deck is definitely all of those things. We had an existing deck completely enclosed (with vinyl windows) in the summer of 2019. Can not say enough wonderful things about AddADeck. "Tim" was in charge and was on top of everything from start to finish. The crew men on the job (including roof and gutter guys and painter) were top notch too. At times Tim would be delayed a few days with returning a call here and there, but I did cut him some slack with that because it was a very busy season for them.
But once we connected, the question was answered or the issue was immediately resolved. Once there was a delay in order delivery and we had a week of inclement weather yet the job was finished well within the given time frame. Our finished "sun room" (as we now call it) is better than we hoped! Happy customers!
