In our weld production, each welder is certified and trained on both the NAP computerized weld machine and the Cyprus welders. Once the leak check test is completed our quality control department then begins checking for pipe length, groove tolerance, outlet position, color codes and a welder stamp.

I'm looking for a 30 rubber flange gasket. You would think in the metro-plex they would be a dime a dozen. Not true! After exhausting my search I remembered a place over in Fort Worth that got me out of a pinch many years ago. After some research I was able to identify the company as ACT pipe and supply. I made the call and reached Cindy. She told me the system showed none available.
Now comes the reason I'm typing this. She took my number then went into their warehouse and physically looked for them. She found two and then called me back! I can not express my gratitude enough for the effort she put into taking care of my problem. She is an allstar in my book. thank you dt

This company generally works as a wholesaler, but I contacted them this week to try to find a part. The gal who answered the phone, Lisa, was awesome from the start. Over the course of a few days and several emails, we determined that ACT did not carry what I needed, but I was left with a need to sing the praises of Lisa. In a time when customer service is the exception and not the rule, I felt that Lisa went above and beyond to try to help me find what I needed.
She was so pleasant to deal with. She is a great example of how it should be done. ACT has a real jewel in her and I hope they know it! She represents herself and her company VERY well.
