We started servicing home septic systems back in 1948 and continued to provide quality sales, service and repair of aeration motors and pumps for aeration type septic systems.
Having surveyed and collected septic system design and testing information from many U.S. states and Canadian Provinces, I think that information provided by the Penn State College of Agriculture - Cooperative Extension is clear and representative of expert thinking on this topic. Fats, grease and oil from local food service and preparation facilities is a major problem for our local sewer system. The Division of Sanitary Sewers devotes many equipment and man hours to unstopping and cleaning manholes, pump stations and sewers lines clogged with grease. Our professionally trained field service personnel use vacuum hoses to pump and clean inside and outside grease traps.

The bearings in my JET-brand septic tank aerator went bad. The unit was just shy of three years old. I took it to Ace, from whom I had bought it new. They diagnosed it and then went above-and-beyond and on their own initiative called JET to advocate on my behalf that JET consider this a warranty incident even though my 2.5-year manufacturer's warranty had expired 4 months ago. Ace got JET to agree and I received a replacement new aerator (even the same model) for no cost. This is superb customer service! And I am so very grateful.

I am new to the septic tank world and had no idea what I was doing. Ace sanitation came in and saved me after multiple issues have popped up over the last couple of years with the county and my system. They took the county letters and worked with them to ensure they do what is needed for the system to be in the appropriate operating condition. They are honest and trustworthy.it was actually refreshing to work with a company that obviously still cares about customer service and have exceeded my expectations at each step along the way. I am grateful for their expertise and help! They have a customer for life.
