Based on a recommendation from my neighbor on NextDoor, I decided to send TopNotch an email to see what was possible, and from my first contact with David, I knew I'd made the right choice. He worked with me to get exactly the mailbox and post combination I was looking for and keep everything within my budget, and then like magic I came home two days later to find my ugly old mailbox removed and a beautiful new one in its place! I couldn't be happier about what might seem such a trivial detail about a house.

Super job as always. They installed our new mailbox several years ago. We had a minor issue with it after the winter of cold vs. warm weather. The post became loose and unstable. I called two days ago. They came out this morning. Fixed it right up. We have a "brand new" mailbox once again. Thank you so much for being so attentive during this troubling time. Much appreciated.
