Update in response to the owner: BE CAREFUL- They threaten you with deformation lawsuits for leaving honest reviews, even when you can back up every claim with pictures. Isn't that why we all come here to reads reviews?! I am not a liar or a malicious person. This review was posted BEFORE any repairs had been made to the fiberglass and after Andy no showed several appointments to discuss our concerns. Andy's wife only reached out to us AFTER I posted this review.

I planned to leave it up until we had reached an agreement, and that has yet to happen. The only true statement in their response is that a few weeks after I posted this, Andy's wife brought someone out to buff the scratches out of the fiberglass that Andy previously refused to fix. Thanks so much for that, and for showing your true character by trying to slander us for sharing our honest experience with your company.

I am admittedly a perfectionist, but a blind person could see these mistakes. Andy isn't blind, but he still hasn't seen them, even after numerous calls and texts requesting a meeting so they can make this right. I'm not one to ever post bad reviews, especially of a small business (my husband is a small business owner and I work for one), but 7 weeks is too long with so many big mistakes.

We chose a fiberglass pool with stamped concrete and there are footprints all throughout the concrete stain (not ours), the color is very uneven, the wood plank stamps were not done to run parallel with the pool so they're visibly crooked, and there are scratches on the fiberglass pool from nailing boards in during the pouring process. Andy, the owner, actually just told my husband tonight to call the pool manufacturer and deal with them about the scratches his guys put in the fiberglass We were told to wait 2-3 weeks while the concrete cured and the color would even out (it hasn't).

Someone should've been here on the last day of that 3rd week in order to make a plan to fix everything. To top it all off, when my husband finally lost it and threatened to sue, Andy (the owner) finally responded and told him he didn't appreciate his attitude and accused him of being drunk! That's hysterical for anyone that knows him. He's not a drinker, but he might cuss you out if he gives you $50,000 and you do a sh*tty job and don't care to fix it. It's sad because we invested a lot into this outdoor space and it could've been beautiful, but we definitely chose the wrong business to give our money to.

We had a pool installed by Aqua Fun a few years ago and have been very pleased with their attentiveness and care to all of our questions and concerns. The entire crew is great. Andy is a man of his word and in today's world, that means a lot. He promised us a pool we would love and enjoy and that is just what we got. They literally transformed our yard into a beautiful oasis! They treat you like family and have never made us feel anything but that they cared about us.

I hired aqua fun to install a in ground fiberglass pool in early February 2020. After multiple emails, texts, and phone calls the owner Andy Cook won't warranty his workmanship. He has missed multiple appointments and after missing today's appointment tells me I'm a lier and I've never mentioned all the issues and it's not worth his time to meet. So I reminded him by sending him screenshots of the conversations.

He has been paid in full and won't warranty the issues. The only time he showed up was to collect payment and would never have the selections we were to go over at those meetings. He would just push it off on his subcontractors which shouldn't happen as the owner of the contracted company. I would never recommend using Aqua Fun for anything.

Andy and crew were referred to us from a friend/Aqua Fun Client who, I have to admit, is one of the pickiest, most particular, one-could-argue-high-maintenance humans alive, so I KNEW this company had to be great. However, because I'm no fool, I researched and met with 4 other pool companies for initial quotes along with Aqua Fun. I will say that the experience with Andy from the start was superior to the others and their pricing was very competitive as well!

He really listened to what we wanted and what matters to us and had some great ideas of how he could work with our uniquely shaped backyard. Because Forsyth county is so.much.fun we had to go through a bunch of legal/government hoops just to even get started and the team at Aqua Fun helped us along the way-we couldn't have done it without their support and guidance!

Even though the summer season of our build was SUPER rainy, they never stopped communicating and always showed up when they said they would. You can tell these people work hard and are earnest, honest, just really really good people. Andy/team always knew from the beginning that our main goal was to have our pool done in time for our oldest son's 10th birthday (all he wanted was a pool party) and they delivered, and even though it got down to the wire, they didn't let up until the job was done.

Once our pool was open they gave us all the education we needed to maintain our BEAUTIFUL saltwater pool on our own! We were shocked on how easy it was to maintain our own. They did come to close our pool last Winter and just recently opened our pool for the Spring/Summer season and we have been very satisfied with using them for these parts of pool ownership and will continue to do so.

I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is considering a pool in their backyard or for anyone who already has a pool and needs help maintaining it. You will NOT be disappointed!

Andy and his team built us a gorgeous pool & patio. Vinyl that looks like gunite-- best of both worlds! And his pricing was extremely competitive. Aqua Fun's landscaping guy did an awesome job on our retaining wall too. The end result is a completely transformed backyard. Our own little oasis. We have had the pool for 3 years now, and we couldn't be happier.

I don't usually post reviews, but after reading the 1Star review, I decided to do so. Aqua Fun Pools installed a new pool for us in October 2016. Andy and Rachel (and team) were wonderful from the beginning until completion. We found out that there had been a pool where we planned to put the new one, which required digging up the old pool. Andy didn't charge us extra, unlike another quote we got where the company told us it could be "hundreds of dollars" extra. We can't wait to open our pool in April, and start enjoying our 3rd summer swimming and sunning!

Everyone at AquaFun is nice, hard-working and so helpful. They are reliable, always show up when they say they will and work hard to fix any issues. Rachel inspected our pool before we bought our house- she was thorough, prioritized repairs, quoted costs and made recommendations. They service our pool regularly and we use them for everything! This company goes above and beyond with their customer service! 10 stars!

Great pool company. They did our pool several years ago. Andy, Rachel, Marie, Robby they were all so easy to work with. The pool turned out fantastic and we highly recommend them to all our friends, family, and real estate clients. We also use them to service our pool annually. They do an excellent job. If I did another pool they would certainly be the company I would chose. - Roger

Aqua Fun installed our pool and spa about a year ago, and we were very happy with the work. This winter I had a mishap where I accidentally adjusted a setting causing the pump not to shut on during freezing temperatures and my equipment froze. Rachel had someone out that day to help me and advise me on what to do to minimize damage. A day later I have NO damage!

I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others not only for the initial installation but for the service beyond installation.
