I had also noticed some cracks in our crown-molding, so I wanted to make sure nothing serious was wrong with those supports and our foundation. Scheduling was super easy. The guy on the phone was so nice. Adrian came out and took look and said everything looked good, just some minor repairs. Luckily, we didn't need to do anything major, they really could have stuck it to us and take advantage of us but they didn't, he was very honest. If anything should ever pop up in the future, I'm definitely going to be contacting A-OK Foundation again.

This guy doesn't stand behind his work. My foundation failed 3 years after his crew leveled my foundation and I spent thousands of dollars. He has every excuse in the book for not standing behind his work. Your wasting your money if you believe this fast talking flimflam man! I'm in litigation with him now and he doesn't even respond. This has been a bad experience. Go to his web site and try to leave a review!

Adrian came out to my house to do some work. They fixed a couple of foundation cracks on my home, tore out my existing patio, and put it down with nice-looking stamped concrete. They were very professional, on time, and did excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get quality work done. Services: Foundations, Construction cleanup

I highly recommend A-OK for all foundation work. Adrian came out to inspect the pier and beam foundation on a home I recently purchased near the Pearl. Had an appointment for house inspection, I was running 10 minutes late coming from work all across the city, he called to ask for gate code, I gave it, then he called back saying didn't work. When I got there tried same code and worked, but when got home my wife said nobody came to our house. Tried to call Adrian twice but no answer and no call back. Just wasted time, he was no professional to call and cancel or moved it.

Adrian came to do an inspection of my first home. He was on time, very quick and professional. I will be sure to call him if there are ever any problems or when I buy next house. He was very helpful, patiently explained things and didn't try to sell me on something that I didnot need. Great experience!

Great Service and Quality Work! Working with Adrian, and every member of his crew was enjoyable and I felt at easy with them and their abilities. We needed additional supports to help correct a dramatically sagging addition. supports have been placed and now our wood floors and baseboards are no longer cracking from the strain! The terrible squeaks and creaks are gone!
Everyone on A-OK Foundation's team was respectful of our privacy (they even cared for and petted our family dog while we were at work)! While I feel confident we will never need additional foundation repairs on this house, and hope we won't in any future home I would not hesitate to call A-OK Foundation.

I hired a different contractor to put a vapor barrier in my crawl space and they did such a terrible job, I was skeptical when hiring A-OK Foundation, but boy did they prove me wrong. They were extremely helpful in telling me what was needed and even finished the job. When I went to inspect it, the work was impeccable and put the first contractors work to shame.
Everything was secured to the post and sides of the foundation (something the first company didn't even bother with). Even the quality of the plastic was far superior. I would definitely recommend them!

My family recently relocated back to the San Antonio area and we bought a fairly new home. Our home inspection revealed that we needed to have a part of our home's foundation inspected. After researching a few firms, I found A-OK Foundation and I'm glad I did. I spoke to the owner Adrian and he personally came to my home to analyze a few problem areas.
He made several suggestions to me that will ultimately save me a ton of money. Since I'm not an expert on foundation repair work, I trusted his opinion. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and recommended something I didn't need but I found Adrian to have the utmost integrity; he didn't even charge me a trip fee. I would definitely recommend Adrian and A-OK Foundation!

I live in Alamo Heights and my pier and beam foundation was in need of repairs. I needed to get it fixed before I sold my house. I called A-OK Foundation and they fit me into their schedule quickly and were by far the most affordable company. They were very professional, honest and cleaned up after themselves. About 7 years ago we talked with several foundation repair companies. Each had a different opinion about the scope of necessary work; as well as a wide range of price estimates. I moved into my current home just over a year ago and when I realized that I had a foundation problem, I was very anxious. Adrian eased my anxiety when he came out to assess the situation and he provided me a clear solution that saved me a bunch of $$$ over other quotes that I had gotten. The repair process wasn't nearly as bad as I thought and it all went smoothly.

I found a gem of a company! I was panicking when walls in my home started cracking and looking like I had major foundation issues. Adrian came and told me not to worry until he could take some measurements. As he walked me through the home, he taught me what he's looking for and what the measurements mean. In the end, he said there's minimal movement, and I am nowhere in need of repairs at this time. THOUSANDS of dollars saved at this time because of HONEST people like this. Thank you! Thank you. I will definitely call back if I ever see signs that I need a foundation repair.
