A-1 Equipment Rental

Got to boom co or Greene County rentals. Much rather give my money to someone who cares about customers. Drove 1.5 hours round trip because they said they had a blaster. Get there and they won't rent it because it is broke and are rude about it. I offered to rent it at full price anyways since i have the piece to fix it but still wouldnt. Wouldn't say that on the phone before my guy drove an hour and half.

Great bunch of people to deal they have what you need to get the job done.

Talk to Buddy or Eddie. down-to-earth awesome guys. The entire crew are great. I would drive 50 miles to rent equipment from these awesome gentlemen.

Has most everything you will ever need to rent. Need more 55 foot lifts

Excellent staff at this business. I've rented a ride on trencher and a stump grinder on tracks. Both machines worked excellent. They have the best rental prices in the area. You can take advantage of their weekend rental an get 2 extra hours of run time.

The prices are great. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I truly could go on and on about how great the staff is here. I have never rented anything here that didn't work or immediately start. I have personally never had a problem with anything I rented but one time my dad wasn't happy and the guys at the counter made it right no questions asked. This company still knows what customer service should look and sound like.

Called there on a Friday at 12pm and lined up a bobcat to have delivered. They told me I had to come in to set up an account, I said no problem I will be there in 30 min. When I arrived 30 min later they said they had no more bobcats to rent. So after knowing that I was on the way to set it up they rented it out from underneath me and wasted an hour or more of my time. There customer service is horrible and this is just bad business. I will not be going back to A 1.

Called up on a Monday and asked if they rent skid steers that I needed one for the weekend. They asked if I rented before from them. I told them no. They said I needed to come fill out a form on Thursday and come back on Friday to pick it up or to pay if I needed it delivered that they don't take reservations. Went up on Thursday and they said they didn't have anything available for the weekend.

They had one in the back and I asked about that one they asked if I needed it delivered I said yes. They said if I could get a truck there to get it by 5 I could get it it was 4:15. They said it was to late in the day for a delivery and that the next day they have people on the book. I'll never do business with them.
