I hired 58 Foundations to install helical piers for my foundation. Their price was very competitive and they did a great job - pretty quick and very nice crew of guys. But they did do some damage to our stone patio in the process, which was careless, but they went above and beyond to make that right, trying to fix the damage and also taking money off the bill.

And they came back after all was settled to make sure their repairs were as good as possible. I was unhappy about the problem, but things happen, and these folks could not have been more responsible and responsive to deal with the issue. They are an excellent company to deal with.

Great company! After working with JES (late, failed to complete work, poor customer service, over a year working on the same issue), 58 Foundations was a much needed breath of fresh air. Everything from the scheduling call to the completion of work was efficient, professional, and straight forward. Within a few short weeks an issue I've been trying to get resolved for over a year is greatly improved and we have a set plan for full completion.

Everyone has been on time and communicative. They left the site better than they found it. No sales gimmicks or nonsense, they listened to my problem and focused on fixing it. I would recommend them to anyone.

We met Wesley at the Home and Garden Show. He explained the product and scheduled an estimate. Lou came to the house, answered our questions and was a non-pressure salesman. Eric and his assistant did the installation, answered our questions and explained things as he went. Eric gave us his business card and number in case we had any questions. Good professional job overall.

I had my crawl space treated for mold, crawl space walls insulated, and encapsulated with the thick white vapor barrier and seams taped. Five stars for: The product (mold spray, insulation, and vapor barrier. Customer service, scheduling, communication, follow-up from the local home office staff, and toll-free number support. Green Sky loan program.

Two stars for: The installation and quality control. During my walk through at the end of the initial installation, I had to have the crew come back and finish some taping of the seams and covering some areas completely with the vapor barrier. After another inspection I noticed that the mold hadn't been completely wiped off from all areas (the splotchy and dusty mold was still there and flakes off when I ran a dry rag over it).

They came back and sprayed a section again but I noticed during the walk through that it again wasn't wiped down. They came a third time and sprayed again more thoroughly and again during the walk through I had to point out areas that weren't wiped down. I was told that what I saw was staining and that the stains wouldn't come out. I understand the part about the staining.

But it was very clear during my walk through again that many of the wall boards were not wiped down. During this now fourth walk through, and seeing that the mold still hadn't been wiped on most wall boards, despite the fact that I pointed the wall boards out in particular, I finally decided, "I'm done." I'll figure out a way to wipe and remove the remaining mold somehow. I need to move on. It's a real shame because the product and customer service and support is excellent. The quality control is sorely missing.

We had water infiltrating our garage. '58 Foundations was prompt to respond. In less than one week, we had a '58 Foundations crew (Brett Boyles) here to work on our problem. The work was completed in two days. The crew was professional, courteous, and provided good communication throughout the process. We had used B-Dry (now '58 Foundations) at a previous residence and were extremely satisfied. Would certainly recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing.

I used '58 Foundations for foundation repair. I had competitive quotes, and the quote they gave me was very reasonable. The interaction was smooth, the sales rep explained what they will do to fix the problem, and it was fixed quickly. Thank you.

We were looking around the area for someone to waterproof our basement that wouldn't break the bank. Insert '58 Foundations! These guys where my saving grace (as well as my bank accounts). Mike Englert who came to our home to chat and quote us was pleasant and knowledgeable, and he didn't beat around the bush which I really appreciated. The financing was easy to obtain, the work was scheduled quickly, and the team of guys that came out to do the job where AMAZING! I swear they were more helpful to us than they had to be and they did an fantastic job. We are SO PLEASED with how our basement looks!

Would give more stars if I could. The entire process with '58 Foundations was professional and top tier from start to finish. The foundation specialist was well prepared and presented me with numerous solutions. Scheduling the service was a breeze. Can't speak highly enough of Brett, Ryan, and the rest of their crew. Answered all my questions throughout and did a great job with the installation. Excellent work and very clean as well. High recommend working with 58' Foundations!

Brett and team were prompt, courteous, and attentive to the job and addressed any concerns I had. Even went above and beyond to help me patch an extra hole in my brickwork. They were helpful in taping everything off and doing as much as they could for dust control. My only recommendation would be once the job is complete for the crew to go through with a shop vac and run it over the exposed surfaces and floor to remove any remaining dust. Otherwise, a job well done!

58 Foundations was absolutely excellent! We trusted our major home renovation work to them initially because of their professional presentation to handle the work and their years of experience in the business. However, what we most appreciated about our finished job was our crew that made us feel confident that we had went with the right company. Our crew leader Cory was absolutely awesome!

He was very friendly, polite, professional, respectful of our home and personal belongings and displayed nothing but a knowledgable & strong high work ethic! We couldn't be happier with our job! Thank you Cory and 58 Foundations! We are referring you and your work to everyone we know!

58 installed a sump pump drain system in my crawl space in November 2021. Sales rep Lon did a great job explaining & coming up with a plan to correct problem *5 STAR for him! 7 man crew worked in a small 37 inch high crawl space. Dug 160 feet of drainage ditch with other needed drain system. *5 STAR for crew. Great job! * ZERO STAR for management of 58.

When 7 man crew finished & ask for check. I ask if dehumidifier & condenser pump system were installed. They had no clue of this part of contract. I informed no check onto job is completed. Next day a new crew came out with dehumidifier. Ask for a check. Did you install condenser pump. They had no clue again. Several days later 2 man crew came back with pump late day pitch dark outside & inside crawl space.

They left all items inside space but didn't hook pump & condenser & hoses. Hoses curled up on floor. I would use 58 again if needed. Three star overall rating was only because of very poor management details of items needed on job site. Len Narvon PA

We were somewhat skeptical about having this type of work done (foundation drainage system) after a realtor showed us a house a few years ago that had this work done (not done by 58 Foundations). The basement looked terrible because the concrete was not finished well after installation of the system and the perimeter of the floor was very uneven! The crew from 58 Foundations did excellent work throughout the project and we are very happy with the results. (The floor is smooth and finished perfectly.) During the project, the foreman offered to (and answered) all of the questions we had.

The work was completed quickly (two days) and professionally. Lon (Foundation Specialist) explained the project to us in detail when he came to our house to provide the free estimate, and answered all of our questions. We especially like the warranty that covers the lifetime of the house (is transferable) and we are thrilled that our days of dealing with water in our basement are over! Paul and Lisa W.

He provided a detailed estimate of the work needed without trying to break my wallet or pressuring me. Sedona sent me prompt information from the office and kept updated on my scheduled appointment. Khari was the technician foreman and along with his team provided consistent arrival times, fully explained there work and did a fantastic job on my homes crawl space. Thank you Michael and Shana for saving the day today. This crew was extremely professional. They explained every step along the way, called me to watch the dreaded water disappear, and explained the lifetime warranty. I got paperwork for the warranty as well as pictures and videos of the job for possible future use. I will use this company again and will be sure to ask for Michael and Shana.

Michael, Shana, and Anthony came out to repair my foundation and they were great! They communicated and walked me through all of what they were doing. Very nice and professional! I will definitely be calling them to finish up some other issues.

58 Foundations changed their name from B-Dry in the last 12 months. I was a B-Dry customer. I highly recommend checking B-Dry reviews in addition to those under the new name before moving forward with this company.

Michael, Shana, and Anthony of the Chattanooga crew are some of the nicest people and they did a wonderful job. 10/10 recommend.

The crew Michael, Shana, and Anthony were excellent. They were here when they said they would be and they cleaned up everything. Michael answered all my questions and even afterwards I called him about something and he was very nice and professional. They did an encapsulation to my crawl space at my home in Ooltewah.

Michael Bourne and his Chattanooga crew did wonderful work in our basement installing a sump pump and waterproofing our walls. I was 6 hours away and he kept me updated with pictures and videos via text. It was fascinating to watch the different steps. The way they cleaned up was also a plus since I wasn’t there. I highly recommend them!!!
