I called to get a quote on a broken living room window. Price was great so we scheduled for someone to come out the next day to measure. Glass took about a week to come in and it was installed. You guys are awesome thanks guys.

The gave me a reasonable estimate and were able to work around my schedule to get my windows repaired. had to wait a couple of weeks for parts but on the work day they were prompt and did a good job.

I called in and stated I needed some crank repair for my windows. The person answering the phone stated that the cost would be $250 per window for the repair. This seemed excessive. I asked if they had an option for t and m to be billed by the hour. They stated that they did not work this way. They must have more business than they can handle right now.

Yesterday I called this company and explained that I have several windows that need repair and that there are various issues with each of them. I requested an in home consultation / estimate as is the norm for most service providers. I was informed that this company does not come out to do consultations or estimates. WHAT? Determining root cause and scope of issues is a job for a professional.that's why I took the time to call them. TIP: if you want to use this company be sure you know all of the technical details and exact issues and measurements before you call them.

This company is outstanding!. I called so many companies to fix our front window that my grandson put our porch swing thru and no one would help us out without trying to make a buck on top of it. They quoted us a price on the phone and stuck to that price once they got here. Jeremy (who by the way was VERY professional and courteous) came out, even early, and had a new window in in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely keep their number on my fridge, but hopefully won't need them again anytime soon. A++++++++. Thanks 5280. Rik & Tracey

The ultimate work is very good at a fair price - just getting there could use some work. Their technicians are very good and communicate well. However their main customer service line is very poorly manned. They don't return messages and therefore getting a hold of someone is very difficult.

Needed my 2 sashes in my master bedroom fixed. First guy that came out was great, his name was Ricardo. Second guy that came out to do the actual repair broke one of the repair kits so had to come back at later date. Left a mess in our room with screws laying there for my 17 month old to get a hold of. What a mess. He also FAILED to tell me to make sure no one leans on the one he didn't fix because it could fall through.

We are on the second floor and our window is a sitting area where my baby likes to sit a play. I complained to management and that's when she told me it should have been marked off until repair was done. Wow, my daughter could have fallen through. Wtf is wrong with these people. Then they finally call to reschedule. I forget to write it down so I called to see what time it was.

I was on hold for 12 mins because the receptionist didn't have an updated calendar. Wtf? Isn't that your job? I would NEVER EVER have these people back out to my house! Do not use them! Edited to add- Jeremy came out to complete the job and was fast and got it done in no time. Good experience with him. 2 stars added for his final impression. Edited to add: now their crazy employee is contacting me about this review. What a psycho. Don't use these people.

Accidentally broke a large kitchen window in my home, called 5280 and they had the window replaced and the mess cleaned up within 4 hours. Excellent price and service!

Terrible customer service and they lie about work being completed. I've had a broken window since December that I was told was replaced once in December and once in January. However this window was never installed and they left it completely open to the elements causing a pipe break in the apartment. This company is terrible with follow up as well I wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

I don't know about their workmanship. I ordered a replacement double-pane window and paid 50% up front. I received a phone message that they had the window ready to install. The problem is that I can't reach them to schedule the installation. They have an answering system from hell that makes it very difficult to ever reach anybody. Messages are seldom returned and if they are, a message is left with only the company phone number and no extension to directly reach someone who can help.

They have an option in their phone system to leave a message for management. It appears as though that extension is not monitored or ever answered. This clearly is a company in which customer service is their lowest priority.

They never answer the phone! Forever hold but they do call you back if u leave a msg but you are screwed if you don't answer because they never answer the phone!

I was very pleased with the service and the technicians. We had screens replaced and the quality of the material and labor was very good.

Excellent experience with this company. They gave us a quote for replacing two hail-damaged windows and four hail-damaged window screens. The quote was 40% less than one we got from another company. They came out to do an estimate, ordered the windows, and came back a week later to do the installation. Technicians were polite and did a great job. Other companies took messages and never even returned our calls, so we think 5280 Window was a good choice!

Beware! Stay away! Performed a pricey inspection to see about repairing windows- never got the bid. Called several times to get it, to finally have them tell us we should probably look into replacement (never did get the repair bid in writing). Referred us on to Anderson Windows, who got back to us months later. Tried to get my inspection cost back, since I couldn't apply it to any costs for repair or replacement- which was what they advertised in the first place with the initial inspection.

Charged a large service charge, spent 10 minutes doing an inspection by hanging out my window because they didn't have an appropriate ladder. Couldn't fix issue only offered bad advise. Another glass company came out and did a through inspection and found that my window needed to be caulked. They didn't charge me and recommended I have a painter re-caulk.

My painter charged me 1/4 of this companies service charge. Would not refund any of the outrageous service charge. I believe they make money by charging service charges but don't actually fix anything.
