We've only used this company twice but I can tell you they have earned a lifetime customer. Our water heater went out and with a busy life and teenagers on how responsive our technician was we were up and running in an impressive amount of time. Our toilet install also came out amazing! 2 Ton is easy to get ahold of and very responsive. I have used them twice and both times Danny was able to come over the same day. We had a potential issue with our shower and he could have talked us into major construction. Instead he provided a simple solution that has heald for the last 7 years. When my other shower was clogged he was able to clear it out and fix it up same day I called. Fair pricing and honest.
