I have been a client of 1 Sound Choice for several years which is a testimony to company's high quality service, professionalism, and customer first approach. I found 1SC through Angie's List when we were building our new house. Ryan came by to discuss how to beat wire the house for A/V and the first impression was excellent. Ryan comes with a vast expertise in this field including knowledge of the latest home automation and technology. Never did he try to upsell nor pressure me. He was very consultative and inquisitive of how the right technology could provide the user experience I was looking for.
The BOM and pricing was straight forward. The 1SC install team is second to none and did an awesome job setting everything up and Ryan was right there to ensure what we had designed was implemented. A few post install questions were quickly answered. A year after the House was done we leveraged Ryan for the basement man cave and the experience again was excellent. I'm happy to say that we remain a happy client of Ryan and 1SC and highly recommend them.

Ryan and his dad Tom came to our house to fix a simple problem with our DVD to TV connection. They were on time, friendly, and figured out the issue in about ten minutes. My Mom and I often get a "girls don't know what they're talking about" attitude from repair men and the like. On the contrary, Ryan and Tom were very thorough and politely explained how to understand the equipment. Ryan said he's been in the business since 1989 and it shows! Thanks to 1 Sound Choice we're finally able to sit back and watch a movie with out any problems.
